after going to Texas every couple of months, you suddenly do not want to go to Texas

and after going to water parks every year with season passes you suddenly do not like water parks,

but we are going on vacation and I hope that we have a good time.

Hi Girls!!! It's me... Teta Tonka, your step-mom.

I wanted to get on here and write to you and tell you a few things.

First I love you very much. No matter what happens in life, you two sweet girls have touched my soul and will forever be apart of my heart. That is the amazing thing about love, it comes from God and with love your heart is never limited to how big it can grow.

I am very excited to see you. I miss you everyday. I pray for you everyday. I pray that you are happy healthy and full of life and blessings.

I am sorry that we could not come to see you for Winter break. It was not because we did not want to see you. It was because I was sick and needed to get medical attention. Unfortunately, that cost a lot of money and took away from our funds to see you at the time.

I hope that we are able to talk on the phone more. I am was so happy when you asked to speak to me the other night. It made my night a lot more brighter and happier. I hope that our conversations are not cut short next time so we can catch up.

You are a big part of our lives. And no matter what, you are always a part of our home, you will always have a place in our home, in our hearts and in our lives. Sometimes people might say things to make you think otherwise, but just pray and I know God will show you the truth about how much I love you.

You have a lot of Uncles, Aunts, Grandparents, and Cousins who love you very much and wish thye could talk to you and see you. They ask about how you are doing all the time.

Never go through life thinking you are not loved. Youa re very loved and wanted and missed every minute of every day.

I am really sad that I have to keep coming back to this subject.

During tonight's call you stated you read my letter, saw myletter, opened my letter and were excited to be going on vacation.

When your mom takes over the phone call and states they have not been given to you nor have you opened them.

Girls I love you very much and I can't wait to see you.

What bothers me is this constant lying.

You can never go wrong with the truth, but a lie can destroy lives and hearts.

Please be mindful of your fibs and lies. Please know that lying is wrong under all circumstances.

Post # 10 Baby it's cold outside!

Hi Girls!

Been trying to plan a day to come visit you. But winter seems to have lingered into spring! Not only is there ice where you are, we have ice here too! The roads are unsafe and impossible.

School called and told me you have the day off, I hope you are enjoying your day off from school and get to play in a bit of snow too.

I know its hard when I call sometimes, I know that sometimes it can be hard to say how you feel about me with people around you watching and waiting to see if you will say it or not.

I want you to know that I hope you know that what others think will never matter in comparison to what you feel. Their opinions will always be what they are. It is your opinion that matters and your feelings that count.

 I am sorry you feel pressure when I tell you I love you, to say something back, or don't know how to respond.

 I am sorry that you feel torn what that happens over the phone. It should be different, easier for you. I wish you confidence to say how you feel no matter who is listening. I mean that not just for me but for you always.

Kindness and love is always how we should respect each other.

Never believe anyone that ever tells you that I don't love you.

 If you are ever in doubt pray to God, he will whisper truths to your heart.

The truth is I wanted to call you first thing this morning. Good Evening again girls!

I enjoyed talking to you tonight. I know that sometimes talking about tough subjects can be uncomfortable. We talked about lying and following directions. You handled the conversation really well and I am proud of you. 

So to recap- Hopefully you will get to see the video and this blog soon as I started it 3 weeks ago. I will continue to post videos and letters for you and keep them up always so that no matter how long it takes for you to see, it will be here for you. 

You will work on being honest always. 

You will try harder to have the magazine ready and we will try to read together. 

And you will try to write the letters on the stationary I have sent you over a month ago and again 3 weeks ago. 

You are to always, ALWAYS ALWAYS call me DAD. It is disrespectful to me to call me by my first name. 

So I hope you will truly work on these things. 

 Lastly we talked about how lying, being disrespectful and not following directions will start having consequences. 

Every time you do not follow directions, are disrespectful, or lie I will tally them up.

 The total will be the deciding factor of what fun extraordinary thing I have planned for our visit together will be taken of the fun to do list.

 It will be replaced still, with family time and something good for us to do, but it won't be the super fun activities planned. 

You agreed that you understand this. 

I love you very much and I will be sending you a new box very soon!!
